Know, Why The Court sent notice to MS Dhoni?

There is a dispute going on regarding the flats of the real estate company Amrapali, for how many months there is no solution for it.

The case went to court.

Actually, this dispute is between former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Amrapali,

Now this matter has reached the Delhi Supreme Court.

To resolve this dispute, the Delhi High Court has constituted an arbitration committee under the chairmanship of retired judge Justice Veena Birbal. 

Demand has been made to the Supreme Court to put a stay on this arbitral committee.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni has demanded 150 crores from Amrapali

During the hearing, the Supreme Court said on behalf of the victims that due to lack of funds on one side people are not getting flats and on other side, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is asking for money.

In this case, if the arbitral committee takes the side of Mahendra Singh Dhoni and gives him money, then it will be difficult for some people to get flats.

A notice has been sent to Mahendra Singh Dhoni regarding this matter.

However, the apex court has not stayed the action of the arbitral committee.
