 Due to good sleep, any person gets many benefits, in the same way, if any person takes less sleep due to any reason, then he also suffers losses and that loss starts appearing after some time.

        The theory of karma explains the disadvantages and advantages of sleep. In Hindu Dhar, in the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna said that" it depends on how & what type of doing your work, you will get results, in the same way", it happens in sleep. Due to any reason a person sleeps less and has to be prepared for its related bad results.

Why is sleep needed?

When any person is sleeping, during that time the plus rate, breathing rate, heart rate, brain, and blood flow inside the body of any person becomes less than normal and during that time all the muscles of the body repair themselves. And any person's body gets ready with new energy for the second day's work.

At what age should sleep be taken?

A child of 1 to 2 years should take 15 to 18 hours of sleep.

A child of 8 to 10 years should take 9 to 11 hours of sleep.

A person of 10 to 20 years should take 9 to 10 hours of sleep.

A person of 20 to 25 years should take 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

A person above the age of 35 should take 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

How can good sleep come from which of the following ways?

1. Cleaning the legs before sleeping at night.

2. Taking a bath before sleeping also gives good sleep.

3. By concentrating on your excessive breathing before sleeping, it also helps in good sleep.

4. Do not use any internet gadget before sleeping.

5.Do jog regularly in the morning and evening

6. Have dinner in the evening 3 to 4 hours before bedtime.
